  • You will work within a small team within the Melton clinic health and community centre and provide administrative assistance to the clinical team.
  • Enter all data pertaining to client registration into iPM, CMI and the local database.
  • Prep and scan patient information into BOSSnet (medical record) to ensure medical records are complete.
  • Profesional development and career advancement is supported and encouraged.

      Your Role: 

      We require a Part-Time (Flexible) Administrative Assistant to help with all aspects of recruitment and onboarding of our Nurses and Carers for 6 week contract. 

      Responsibilities: 

      • Telephone pre-screening of Applicants to set criteria 
      • Conducting and transcribing interviews in the applicants home, metro and beyond
      • Conducting referee quality checks
      • Compliance control - work-ready certification and documents
      • General office duties in support of the team
      • Telephony-call handling in a busy workplace, message taking, call transfer
      • Follow up - ensuring ongoing concerns are attended in a timely manner. 

      Requirements:

      • May suit a Retired Nurse; Executive Assistant; Human Resources PA
      • An excellent judge of character 
      • Well-spoken and presented 
      • Good computer skills-Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
      • Touch typing proficiency 
      • Above Average English Skills - written and verbal
      • Calendar management skills - Gmail; Hiver; Hangouts; Chat and Messaging; Zoom Meetings
      • High attention to detail
