We are a boutique provider of return to work and allied health services based in Parramatta.  We are currently seeking a full time Administrative Officer to be responsible for all clerical and administrative functions within the business, including general reception; receipting referrals; sending reports; managing emails; maintaining records; supporting professional staff; invoicing; balancing petty cash; preparing monthly accounts report; and maintaining relationships with customers.  We are seeking a person with the following qualities:

  • able to multiple task
  • highly attentive to detail
  • fluent communication
  • strong time management skills
  • able to meet timeframes and deadlines
  • good problem solving and planning skills
  • efficient
  • experience working in a similar small team role
  • comfortable working by self when staff are in the field
  • intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook and MYOB skills
  • team player
