The Role

Reporting to the Base Services Coordinator, this maximum term, full time role will provide day to day administration support to the Mount Isa Aviation, Medical and Nursing teams.
Duties will include;  
  • Facilitating Base communication
  • General reception tasks
  • Arranging travel schedules and reservations
  • Provide base support with general tasks
  • Data entry and reporting
  • Customer service

This is an exciting six-month (initial) opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who is looking for a role with variety and to refine and develop their skills in a team-focused, fast-paced and professional environment.

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience working in a busy office environment, possess excellent data entry skills, be customer focused and have methodical work practice. You will also possess:

A temporary contract for a Maternity Leave position has opened up in our Admin Team. We are looking for a full-time Senior Administration Officer, with excellent drive, ambition and motivation to join our dynamic team, providing a professional level of administration support across both the Operations and Sales teams. One of our key drivers as an Employer of Choice is to find the right people who fit our business, both in terms of skillset and workplace culture.

About the role

The role will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Supporting both the Sales & Operations Teams with administration tasks including contract drafting;
  • Providing PA support as a key part of role to the Sales Manager;
  • Assist with the day to day functions for both departments as needed;
  • Assist with EOM reporting;
  • Day to day management of the office, including reception duties, as required to cover;
  • Maintaining databases with critical work related data;
  • Assist with developing and maintaining administration processes;
  • Customer Service both over the phone and via email;
  • Adhoc administration tasks as needed, including Minute Taking; and
  • Assist with key business administration projects.

Skills and experience

The successful applicant will have the following essential skills:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in similar type role, within a fast paced organisation
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with an eye for detail.
  • An excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Must be able to work autonomously, as part of a small team, with a professional demeanour at all times.
  • Be highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Be a fast learner with a friendly outgoing personality.
  • Be a culture ambassador for the business ideals, with a strong focus on excellence in internal and external customer service.
  • A current Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle are a necessity (office is not in close proximity to public transport).

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an experienced Receptionist with CCC, you will be an integral part of the CCC Team. The successful permanent full-time employee will be working in conjunction with our Receptionist's currently based on the Sunshine Coast office. You will be answering incoming calls whilst providing a high level of service at all times.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the successful applicant your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Answering of incoming call on a busy switchboard
  • Creating new jobs on the CCC system when received from insurers
  • Contacting clients to make appointments for Supervisors
  • Communicating with other staff, clients, insurance companies and sub-contractors, both written and verbal throughout the repair lifecycle
  • Liaise with our internal team of Supervisors and Repair Coordinators
  • Coordinate access to properties with insured owners
  • Support and assist Supervisors with administrative duties as required
  • Meet KPI’s as set by our clients
  • Data entry in both the CCC and various Insurance Platforms
  • Additional duties as assigned to you from time to time

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

As the successful candidate, you will possess the following:

  • Highly computer literate
  • Experience in answering a busy switchboard
