Level 2 Salary Range $46,060 to 50,730 dependent on experience and qualifications

Our client; a leader in the gold mining industry, are seeking an experienced and friendly site administrator to join their 10 person team for a 6 month assignment with the potential for this to be extended. The role is based in Boddington so local candidates are preferred, however the option of a drive in drive out candidate to stay onsite during working swings will be considered.

Working hours: 9-day fortnight (5:2 one week, 4:3 one week) 9 hour days
Start date: ASAP Start

The Role

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:


• Answer email and phone enquiries in a professional efficient manner
• Maintain office policies and procedures
• Support of other departmental administrators as requested
• Comply with all procurement guidelines, for example, raising/receipting/invoicing purchase orders
• Data entry into SAP and INX
• Data cleansing
• Booking training sessions and managing training calendar
• Room bookings
• Assisting with site access and remobilisation
• PPE and stationery ordering
• Taking care of purchase requisitions and invoices

Experience Required

• Minimum 12 months experience in a mine site administration role
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask
• Proactive and organised with the ability to learn quickly
• C class driver’s licence
• SAP and INX experience (Essential)

We are currently seeking a full time project administrator with proven experience in the construction industry to join our team to assist in the construction of a new major project in Mandurah.

The role will see you working closely with our project director and site supervisors offering administrative support, ensuring the project runs smoothly and efficiently.

Roles Include:

  • Updating and distribution of site drawings and documents.
  • Preparation of new employee contracts.
  • Ability to create and update registers.
  • Set up and maintain induction register.
  • Attend meetings and take and distribute minutes.
  • Track and approve employee hours.
  • Prepare and/or coordinate and modify documents including general correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, submissions and emails.
  • Order and distribute site consumables and PPE.

What we are looking:

  • Previous experience in a construction administrative role, ideally a construction engineering environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient with Word and Excel.
  • Eye for detail and accuracy.

Administration Officer – Compliance and Human Resources (Full-time)

Perth Waldorf School invites applications for an Administration Officer – Compliance and Human Resources initially for a twelve-month contract, and an ongoing role for the right candidate. Must be available to start soon. The office hours are 8am - 4pm.

As the Administration Officer – Compliance and Human Resources you will work in a small team of office staff providing effective and efficient oversight of areas such as School Office, Compliance and Human Resources, being able to lead others is important.

The purpose of the Administration Officer – Compliance and Human Resources role is to support the school, to ensure compliance and good processes in a range of areas.

A full Selection Criteria and job description is available on the School Website however applicants must have:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar administration role, preferably overseeing areas of Compliance and Human Resources. Experience in a school would be advantageous;
  • Qualifications relevant to this position e.g. Certificate IV in Business Administration or Human Resources, will be looked upon favourably;
  • The ability to act with discretion and confidentiality in all matters relating to staff, parents and students is an essential requirement of this role;
  • Demonstrated initiative, strong time management and organisation skills with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines; and be able to respond rapidly to change;
  • A current Working with Children Card, or be willing to apply for one.

This role requires wise, efficient and high quality support to the School Administrator and school staff primarily in the areas of Human Resources, Policy and Compliance, Office Coordination and non-educational aspects of the school’s daily operations.  It will include coordination, planning and change management.

The applicant must have the ability to develop, over time, a clearly-articulated understanding of the essential ethos of Steiner Education at the heart of Perth Waldorf School, and excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
