We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated team member to fulfill this position in our fast-paced Salamanca office.

Ideally, you will have the following attributes:

  • Certificate 3 in Business or similar; or relevant industry experience deemed equivalent to perform the requirements of the position
  • Ability to work independently and take direction as required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff and members of the public
  • Ability to work as an effective member of a team
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook is essential
  • Skills with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
  • Experience with REX Software desirable
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail
  • Sound judgement, decision making and problem solving skills
  • Ideal for someone with a minimum of 3 years administration experience.

To be successful in this role, your attention to detail, organisational skills and presentation must be of the highest standard.  The successful applicant will have a genuine interest in the real estate industry.

Duties

As part of a small, highly motivated executive services team, provide efficient and proactive support to the Divisional Head members of the Executive team. This includes helping to develop and maintain effective business systems and the delivery of support services that optimise productivity for Treasury’s senior managers. To also provide administrative support to the broader Office of the Secretary on an ad hoc basis.

In the context of the selection criteria, to be successful in the position applicants will have:

  • Well rounded communication skills, high level administration skills combined with the ability to undertake research, and a background of working effectively with a wide range of stakeholders;
  • Proven ability to use good levels of initiative, judgement, confidentiality and discretion;
  • Superior IT/system user skills including outstanding knowledge of IT business applications such as the Microsoft suite, and proven excellence in IT related support; and
  • Successful experience providing high level support to a senior team, or equivalent experience, in order to demonstrate the necessary attention to detail and proactivity required to be successful.

  • Prepare meeting agendas and minutes meetings.

  • Seek to continually enhance the Director’s working experience by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.

  • Deploy administrative best practice to continue the ongoing digitization of the Director’s business activities, including the office filing system and historical paper records.
