44 Working Weeks, 8.00am to 4.00pm
Level 3 Salary Range $57,244 to $63,336 dependent on experience and qualifications.

Administration Assistant  - Reception
Ongoing Full Time commencing 28/01/2021
40 Working Weeks, 8.00am to 4.00pm
Level 2 Salary Range $46,060 to 50,730 dependent on experience and qualifications

Ideally, you will possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Administration or have significant experience in health administration. Your outlook on health and wellbeing and passion for making a meaningful contribution to improving the Health and wellbeing of Aboriginal people will be highly regarded.

Our client; a leader in the gold mining industry, are seeking an experienced and friendly site administrator to join their 10 person team for a 6 month assignment with the potential for this to be extended. The role is based in Boddington so local candidates are preferred, however the option of a drive in drive out candidate to stay onsite during working swings will be considered.

Working hours: 9-day fortnight (5:2 one week, 4:3 one week) 9 hour days
Start date: ASAP Start

The Role

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:


• Answer email and phone enquiries in a professional efficient manner
• Maintain office policies and procedures
• Support of other departmental administrators as requested
• Comply with all procurement guidelines, for example, raising/receipting/invoicing purchase orders
• Data entry into SAP and INX
• Data cleansing
• Booking training sessions and managing training calendar
• Room bookings
• Assisting with site access and remobilisation
• PPE and stationery ordering
• Taking care of purchase requisitions and invoices

Experience Required

• Minimum 12 months experience in a mine site administration role
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask
• Proactive and organised with the ability to learn quickly
• C class driver’s licence
• SAP and INX experience (Essential)

We are currently seeking a full time project administrator with proven experience in the construction industry to join our team to assist in the construction of a new major project in Mandurah.

The role will see you working closely with our project director and site supervisors offering administrative support, ensuring the project runs smoothly and efficiently.

Roles Include:

  • Updating and distribution of site drawings and documents.
  • Preparation of new employee contracts.
  • Ability to create and update registers.
  • Set up and maintain induction register.
  • Attend meetings and take and distribute minutes.
  • Track and approve employee hours.
  • Prepare and/or coordinate and modify documents including general correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, submissions and emails.
  • Order and distribute site consumables and PPE.

What we are looking:

  • Previous experience in a construction administrative role, ideally a construction engineering environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient with Word and Excel.
  • Eye for detail and accuracy.
