We currently have a rare opportunity for a unique individual to join the rural team working out of the Brandon Rural Store. The position will be offered on a full-time basis and will report directly to the Branch Manager.

The Opportunity:

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term career with a stable and well known ASX listed company. Due to an increased demand for our services we require a dedicated, hardworking person interested in joining our small team, based in the Brandon area

Duties of the role include;

  • Checking stock against paperwork, outwards and inwards movements
  • Receiving stock.
  • Recording Chemicals as per LR Procedures
  • Putting stock away in correct locations
  • Stock control – reporting and recording discrepancies, weekly stock takes
  • Maintaining the presentation of office and warehouse
  • Loading and Unloading trucks/vehicles as required
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with current & potential customers
  • Assisting with stock ordering, follow up on ETA of stock and customer orders
  • Processing of orders and payment
  • General administration duties including banking
  • Keeping product records updated
  • Counter sales – serving customers in store
  • Raising Sales Orders, processing invoices

The candidate we are looking for will have;

  • Hold a current forklift licence
  • Have experience using a computer
  • Ability to communicate with purpose and build strong relationships with customers
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Hard working and reliable
  • Able to manage your own time, meet deadlines and take responsibility for your output and the quality of your work
  • Friendly and helpful manner with an ability to deal effectively with a diverse workforce
  • Self-motivated.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail.

About you

The Administration Assistant will have attention to detail, exceptional time management and be able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively, having excellent organisation and communication skills.

Daily responsibilities:

  • Provide clients with high-level service through a consistent point of contact in the office.
  • Prepare all documentation associated with field service staff
  • Maintain records in accordance with company systems and procedures.
  • Scheduling and reporting of compliance servicing of customers.
  • Other duties as required.

Skills and Experience

  • Service Orientation: A commitment and proven ability, to deliver high quality customer service.
  • Work Management: The ability to establish a course of action to accomplish goals and deliver work of a timely manner
  • Collaborative Approach: Proven experience in working effectively with others to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Computer Literate: Advanced computer skill required with the ability to adapt to new programes with ease, experience using SimPRO a huge advantage.
  • Customer Focused: Customer focused and deadline driven attitude is required in this fast paced role.
  • Team Focused. Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Ability to adapt and learn new software programmes is a must.
  • Previous experience with all Microsoft Softwares 
  • Current drivers' license.
  • Experience in administration role or similar is an advantage.
  • Experience using SimPRO is not essential but is an advantage.

  • Full-time, IMMEDIATE availability
