About the Role
This is a full-time permanent role providing administrative support as directed. 

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Filing and file maintenance
  • Data entry in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Liaise with members via email and phone
  • Setting up for training
  • Formatting documents to send out to clients 
  • Other general secretarial and administrative support as required
About You (Selection Criteria)
CCIWA is looking for an organised individual who has the ability to successfully perform administrative tasks and support the Workplace Relations Team.

You will have:
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Powerpoint and Excel) 
  • Demonstrated experience in administration and/or customer service
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience using CRM systems (Dynamics 365 and Workflow Max is highly regarded)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional organisational skills are essential for this role, as well as being an excellent communicator, working with your own initiative and motivation to deliver a first class service. You will also need to have extensive knowledge of the Trust RTT targets and deadlines, and elective patient access policy.

This varied and interesting role will also incorporate managing a number of teams of staff so previous experience of Line Management is essential.

The successful candidate will receive full training and support.

Reporting into the Operations Manager, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Operations Administrator to support the business at our Head office in Kewdale, WA. The successful candidate will be accountable for all Operational administration duties including PA to Operations Manager, coordinating all travel and logistics for the Operations team, payroll and leave management, maintaining rosters for all sites, document control, mobilisations for new starters and coordinating induction and training requirements. In addition, you will maintain employee files and coordinate relief to ensure full manning for sites as well as reception support when required.

  • Demonstrated relevant administrative experience in a similar role
  • Experience in a Mining or busy contracting company
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills with multiple employees at all levels
  • Self-motivated who can work autonomously
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate on a number of projects
  • Result orientated with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong Software Experience in JDE, MS Office, Internet and travel systems
