44 Working Weeks, 8.00am to 4.00pm
Level 3 Salary Range $57,244 to $63,336 dependent on experience and qualifications.

Administration Assistant  - Reception
Ongoing Full Time commencing 28/01/2021
40 Working Weeks, 8.00am to 4.00pm
Level 2 Salary Range $46,060 to 50,730 dependent on experience and qualifications

To be successful, you will have a demonstrated track record of clerical work including but not limited to writing reports, researching, minute taking, letter writing and liaising with key stakeholders. Ideally, you will possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Administration or have significant experience in health administration. Your outlook on health and wellbeing and passion for making a meaningful contribution to improving the Health and wellbeing of Aboriginal people will be highly regarded.

The Role:

At Parcel Property we are seeking an excellent administrator with a drive to excel in an Admin Assistant role on a part-time 3-month contract to assist our Land Development team.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, some of the duties will include:

  • Assisting with follow-ups of deposits, finance approvals, building contracts and settlements
  • Preparation of contracts and buyer packs
  • Data entry and the setup of new contracts
  • External communication and progress updates
  • Assisting with client and external stakeholder queries
  • Follow up contract variations and other outstanding documentation
  • Assisting with monitoring team emails
  • Provide administration support to the Sales Manager
  • Assist with processing cancellations and refunds
  • Assisting with monitoring team emails

You

You're an authentic, committed and driven individual with a positive attitude and a passion for speed, accuracy and efficiency. Excellent communication and organisational skills will see you succeed in this role, together with:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
  • Great attention to detail;
  • Exceptional time management and attention to detail, with the ability to work within a fast-paced, high volume environment;
  • Computer savvy with strong PC skills across a range of different MS suite of products like Excel, Word and Outlook;
  • Fun positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt;
  • Ability and willingness to work within a team;
  • Experience in a similar industry will be looked upon favourably.
