    Multimedia and Administration Assistant (Casual) Millingtons Funerals has a unique opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our dedicated administration team at our office located in Mornington. We are seeking someone passionate and highly skilled in reception and administration duties with a strong focus on Multimedia skills to assist in the preparation of Funeral Service Booklets and montages. The successful applicant will be well presented and have advanced skills in the Microsoft office suite of products, photoshop and other multimedia programs. The successful applicant will also be most suited to working individually or in a small team. The key duties of the Multimedia and Administration Assistant are Reception and administration duties as instructed by the Office Manager Assist in the production of Funeral Service booklets and visual media montages. Liaise with our client families as well as clergy and celebrants. Assist on funeral services when required as a Funeral Assistant This is a Casual position with no fixed hours. Some weekend and public holiday work as part of our roster may be required. This position is available for an immediate start.
