Staffing is excited to be able to give something back to the community and is committed to steadily increasing this commitment as the organisation continues to grow. We have a long history of recycling whenever possible and have been committed to purchasing GREEN ENERGY for many years as a way of minimising our footprint on the planet.

The team at Staffing, through our internal Staff Culture Club, have raised a significant amount of money over the years for a variety of charities and events, including:

Breast Cancer Awareness
Australia's Biggest Morning Tea
Jeans for Genes Day

We are also committed to increasing the number of our sponsored children to one for every fulltime employee of Staffing. Our organisation is fortunate to work with talented people who have been given many more opportunities in life than others. It is satisfying to know that children in Haiti and Pakistan are benefiting every year from our dedication to our clients and desire to give something back. After all “We do not inherit the Earth from our parents, we borrow it from our children.”

The Executive Director of Staffing – Glenn Fairchild – is often asked to provide guidance, advice and motivational speeches to youth and groups who may benefit from learning about some of the mistakes and successes of Staffing. If we can make a difference please contact us.

Faced with the challenge of signing-up additional Frequent Flier partners Qantas turned to us. Staff quality made the difference. Reliable results oriented staff were required to communicate the program benefits. The program was extended repeatedly due to the fantastic outcomes.
